At Caputo Flour, we strive for the highest quality in every bag; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of flour, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened flour bags in their original shipping box to prevent any punctures or moisture damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
